Working with a copy lead, I developed the creative platform around a simple reframe: the badge isn't just proof of skill. It's proof that customers love you enough to tell everyone else.
I led the creative platform and visual direction end-to-end. Tone of voice, campaign creative and art direction developed across printed winners' packs, interactive social assets and video frames.
It became the established creative direction for the Top Rated programme across Europe.
