Treatwell wanted to deepen the emotional connection between their Top Rated programme and the salons and customers it celebrates.
Working with a copy lead I developed a platform built around a simple reframe. The badge isn't just proof of skill - it's proof that customers love you enough to tell everyone else. Tone of voice and visual direction were developed across printed winners packs, interactive social assets and video frames. The platform was adopted as the established creative direction going forward across Europe.
